Welcome – Poem

WELCOME TO OUR KINDER

We have a quiet book corner

With pillows on the floor.

One story is never quite enough

They always ask for more.

The painting easel stands alone

But not for very long.

The colours that the children paint

Are like the Rainbow Song.

It’s not long before the towers are built

Using Dinosaurs and Blocks.

The imagination of the kids

 Never seems to stop.

With Shelley, Marni, Sharon, Sue, Emriya, Shreya and Salwa

The day goes quickly by.

Half the time is inside

And half beneath the sky.

Our boat is never idle

In the crocodile infested sea.

Our rowing is spectacular

For everyone to see.
